A tour of the cave complexes of
the Moravian Karst

Travel deep into the underground wonders of Moravia with a trip into one of the most breath-taking natural wonders of Central Europe – the Moravian Karst. The Moravian Karst is the largest and best developed karst area in Central Europe, with the widest variety of karst phenomena in the Czech Republic. In the area there are more than 1100 caves and only 5 of them are open to public. We will visit the Punkva cave, which is the most popular for visitors. During the tour of the cave we will reach the bottom of the Macocha Abyss, one of the most important geologic features in the country, and will cruise the underground river. On the way back to Brno we will make a stop at Křtiny village where a beautiful church in the Name of the Virgin Mary, designed by Santini, is located.
